Website Wireframes


To understand the use of web structure and grids, I created a re-design of The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum’s website and newsletter.

Website

I tried to simplify the website as much as possible and utilize the logo as an arrow across the page, even using it at the top as drop down menu button for the different pages the website consists of. I chose to include a carousel with different topics at the top of the page, with images that capture the museum’s visitors and art. The carousel pages would link to pages like Visit, Current Exhibitions, and Upcoming Events.

Newsletter

I created a newsletter format for an exhibition that was more lively and colorful. Taking information from a press release and the website, I sought to make a reading experience people would find engaging and to-the point. Take a look at the two wireframes below!
